Students in Years 7, 8 and 9 have one hour of music per week in mixed ability groups. 

Students can opt to study GSCE Music (AQA) in Years 10 and 11.

In the Sixth Form students currently take GSCE Music (OCR) and GSCE Music Technology (Edexcel).

Students also have the opportunity to take peripatetic music lessons in a variety of instruments.   

The Subject Leader is Mr P Bull, to whom all queries regarding Music at JMHS should be made.
