Year 11
In Year 11 students continue to study the compulsory subjects of English, Maths, Science, PE and RE plus the options subjects they have chosen.

Year 11 students take part in a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year and also plan their yearbook and Year 11 Prom.
Year 11 students also start to consider their post-16 options and the vast majority of JMHS students continue their studies in our Sixth Form. We have an open entry policy to our Sixth Form and courses, both academic and vocational, are available to suit students of all abilities and aptitudes.
Guidance on post-16 options is provided by JMHS staff and Connexions which is the careers advisory service for students.
